Waynesville, NC – October 9-26, 2024

Eight Days of Hope, a renowned volunteer organization, is set to bring its Rapid Response initiative to Haywood County from October 9 to October 26, 2024. This event aims to provide crucial assistance

to families affected by recent disasters, focusing on mucking out homes, debris cleanup, mold remediation, and other essential services.

Free Participation with Provided Amenities

Participation in this event is entirely free. Volunteers will be provided with food and lodging at Long’s Chapel, located at 133 Old Clyde Rd, Waynesville, NC 28785.
