Concert for Carolina: A Star-Studded Benefit for Hurricane Helene Relief

Asheville -- On Saturday, October 26, 2024, music legends Luke Combs, Eric Church, Billy Strings, and James Taylor will

take the stage at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, for the highly anticipated Concert for Carolina. This benefit concert, presented by Explore Asheville and the Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority, aims to raise critical funds to support relief efforts for communities devastated by Hurricane Helene across the Carolinas and the Southeast.

A United Effort for Relief Explore Asheville has pledged $1 million as the presenting sponsor of Concert for Carolina, demonstrating the community's commitment to supporting those impacted by the storm. Millions more in proceeds are expected to flow back to communities in need, thanks to the combined efforts of Combs, Church, and other key partners involved in the event.

Proceeds from the concert, including sponsorships, will be evenly divided between Combs and Church's Chief Cares Foundation, which will allocate funds to organizations aiding in the relief efforts. Combs' portion will benefit well-known charitable organizations, including Samaritan’s Purse, Manna Food Bank, and Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC, along with another yet-to-be-announced organization.
