McDowell County Woman Arrested

McDowell County -- July 5, 2024: McDowell County Sheriff's Office: Detective Derrick McGinnis charged 27-year-old
Diamon Brooke Dalton

of Nebo with felony Breaking or Entering and Larceny After Breaking or Entering. Dalton received a $20,000 secured bond.

On April 29th a Nebo resident reported her residence had been broken into and several items of property had been stolen. Evidence obtained during the investigation led to the charges and arrest of Dalton on June 28th.
