Macon County Man Faces Criminal Charges Against a Child

Macon County -- July 3, 2024: Macon County Sheriff's Office: After receiving multiple tips from Internet Crimes

Against Children(ICAC), Macon County Sheriff’s Office launched an extensive investigation against Roy Anthony Devito.

On Friday, June 28, a search warrant was executed at Devito’s residence. Devito has been charged with:

5 counts - 3rd Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor
4 counts - Indecent Liberties with a Child

Devito is being held on a $100,000 secured bond
