Three Charged in Multiple Burglaries Madison County
Madison County -- June 13, 2024: There have been numerous residential and vehicle burglaries in Madison County
over the past few weeks. The robberies took place in the Laurel Community of Madison County and in the vicinity of Mars Hill. Numerous surveillance and covert operations have been implemented by the Sheriff's Office. Madison County Sheriff's Office Detectives detected and apprehended three Tennessee residents as a consequence of these operations.
In four states, these three individuals are accountable for numerous firearm larceny and vehicular break-ins. These individuals would rent Airbnbs in other states or counties and subsequently terrorize any adjacent communities. They recently rented an Airbnb in Barnardsville and focused on Madison County.

2 counts of Financial Card Theft
7 counts of Misdemeanor Larceny.
Runyon has a secured bond of $363,500.
Kevin Phillip Craig

1 count of Felony Larceny
1 count of Financial Card Theft
4 counts of Misdemeanor Larceny.
Craig has a secured bond of $274,000.

2 counts of Felony Larceny, 2 counts of Breaking and Entering
1 count of Financial Card Theft
4 counts of Misdemeanor Larceny.
Leach has a secured bond of $162,000.
