Asheville -- June 11, 2024: A drive-by shooting in which an individual fired multiple rounds into

an occupied residence is currently under investigation by the Asheville Police Department. Fortunately, no injuries were sustained; at this time, only property damage has been documented.

Officers responded to a residence near the intersection of Livingston Street and Hibernia Street to investigate reports of gun discharge at approximately 1:24 a.m. on June 11th. The suspects were not on the site when the officers arrived. Two shell casings were discovered by the officers during their canvass of the area. Additionally, two residences sustained exterior damage from the gunshots, with one of the properties also suffering interior damage.
