Jackson County -- April 1, 2024: On Friday, a shooting incident prompted the response of detectives and deputies to the Savannah Community.

Upon arrival, detectives and deputies discovered a person suffering from a single gunshot wound. When responding to medical emergencies, deputies helped both EMS and firefighters.

The subject was taken to Mission Hospital for treatment.
The investigation got underway once the location was secured by the deputies and detectives. Investigators were able to positively identify the gunman as Justin Ryan Huskey.

Detectives also located fentanyl, shotgun, and drug paraphernalia. The following subjects were charged.

Justin Ryan Huskey:
Felony Assault Serious Bodily Injury
Trafficking in Opium/ Heroin
Conspire Traffic Opium/ Heroin
Maintain/Veh/Dwelling/Place for Controlled Substance
Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Mr. Husky was given a $175,000 secured bond

Chelsie Charnelle Arch:
Trafficking Opium/Heroin
Conspire Traffic Opium/ Heroin
Maintain/Veh/Dwelling /Place for Controlled Substance
Ms. Arch was given a $100,000 secured bond.
