Haywood County Man Charged with Kidnapping in Missing Person Case

Buncombe County --  Winston Eccleston has been charged with First Degree Kidnapping in the case of Sadie Tolley by detectives from the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office.

On January 8, Tolley was last seen leaving a residence where she was staying close to the Emma Community.  

She was safe at the Waynesville Police Department on Thursday, May 22, where she gave information that resulted in Eccleston being charged by BCSO Detectives.   He is being held at the Buncombe County Detention Center.   

Regarding this matter, BCSO and the Haywood County Sheriff's Office will keep collaborating.
