Man Arrested for Communitcating Threats and Assault in Asheville

Asheville --  Daniel Alan Dellaguardia (03/26/84) has been located and arrested. Dellaguardia was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under a $1,000 (or $100 to a bondsman) secured bond issued by a magistrate.

Warrants were issued for communicating threats and simple assault related to two separate incidents that occurred in downtown Asheville on May 2nd and south Asheville on May 4th.
