Two Charged with Trafficking Fentanyl in Jackson County
Rutherford County -- June 7, 2024: On Tuesday, Investigators with the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office A.C.E. Team,
began to investigate 127 Hill Street Ext, in Henrietta, after receiving information that large amounts of Fentanyl were located at this residence. Investigators conducted a knock and talk and received consent to search the residence.
During the search, Investigators located 56.3 grams of Fentanyl, 4.3 grams of Methamphetamine, and various forms of drug paraphernalia. As a result, Steven Robert Hegedus, 52 of Henrietta, and Stanley Christopher Walker, 65 of Henrietta, were arrested and charged with the following:
Hegedus:
Trafficking Opium or Heroin
Possession of Methamphetamine
Possession of Schedule II CS
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
He received a $400,000.00 secured bond.
Walker:
Trafficking Opium or Heroin
Possession of Methamphetamine
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
He received a $400,000.00 secured bond.
