Arson Suspect Located and Arrested in Asheville

Asheville -- April 23, 2024: Asheville Police Detectives have arrested the man suspected of setting fire at an apartment complex on March 31st.

AFD Arson Investigators located Alexander Christian Davis (07/08/1997) on April 22 around 8:45 a.m. on North Anne Street. Shortly after, Detectives took him into custody.
Davis was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under NO BOND (ineligible for release) issued by a magistrate.
