Swain County Man Faces Multiple Counts of Child Exploitation

Swain County -- January 27, 2024: Swain County Sheriff's Office Press Release:

On Monday, January 22, 2024, the Swain County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Donald Ray Bryant III of Bryson City after being indicted by a Swain County Grand Jury for two counts of indecent liberties with a child, six counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, six of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, and six counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Bryant is in custody at the Swain County Detention Center on a 1 million dollar secured bond.
