Henderson County Man Charged with 3 Counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child

In June of 2023, Detectives with the Special Victim’s Unit were notified of a man who was accused of sexually abusing a juvenile female.

The months-long investigation revealed that the sexual abuse began several years prior and occurred multiple times over the last 3 years. 

The investigation concluded with 68-year-old Robin David Gilliland of Hendersonville, NC being charged with three counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child. Gilliland was arrested on October 24, 2023, and given a bond of $60,000.
To preserve the integrity of this investigation, no further information will be given pending adjudication of this case.
