Haywod County -- Haywood County Government Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 105-286 requiring all counties to conduct a reappraisal of all properties at least every 8 years:

Haywood County is on a 4-year reappraisal project
All real estate values will be reset as of January 1, 2021
The last reappraisal was effective January 1, 2017
