Career Seekers Encouraged to Attend WNC Career Expo April 8th

Asheville --  Press Release Asheville Chamber of Commerce: Career Seekers Encourage to Attend WNC Career Expo April 8th..Nearly 100 employers will be on site.

Nearly 100 local employers will be on site for the WNC Career Expo on Wednesday, April 9th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the WNC Ag Center presented by the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce and NCWorks. All job seekers are encouraged to attend this one-stop opportunity to meet directly with representatives from companies hiring now.

INFORMATION FOR JOB SEEKERS

The WNC Career Expo is free and open to all job seekers from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with no registration required to attend. Free parking available on site. All Western North Carolina career seekers are encouraged to attend the WNC Career Expo to meet directly with hiring employers. Participating employers (in industries like advanced manufacturing and health care) will share information about a variety of jobs available to career seekers at different levels of experience, and some will interview candidates on-site.

Employers and job seekers are encouraged to connect with their local NCWorks Career Center to learn more about educational and training opportunities as well as career opportunities available in Western North Carolina.
