Man Arrested Asheville Shooting

Asheville -- January 22, 2024: *𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞: 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬

Tony Dale Roberts was detained by Asheville police Friday.  Magistrates issued Roberts NO BOND (ineligible for release owing to Pretrial Integrity Act breach) and lodged him in Buncombe County Detention Facility.
