McDowell County Woman Charged with Possession of Methamphetamine

McDowell County -- Office of McDowell County Sheriff’s Office:  Office Community Impact Team charged Susan May Memsen, 63, of Marion

with felony Possession of Methamphetamine.

She was given a secured bond of $2,500.

On Tuesday, February 11, Detective Burnette initiated a traffic stop on a Dodge Truck. Memsen was a passenger in the vehicle and had an outstanding warrant for her arrest.
A search of her person turned up a suspected amount of methamphetamine.
N.C. State Highway Patrol assisted with the incident.
