Asheville -- We are so excited to invite y'all to come meet author Jeannette Walls!

Thursday, March 28th at 6:30 pm @ Pack Memorial Library In collaboration with Malaprop's Bookstore/ Cafe and UNC Asheville's Great Smokies Writing Program

Jeannette Walls will be speaking about the writing of Hang the Moon, with an audience Q&A and book signing! The event is in-person, after hours, at our library and is free and open to the public. Seating is first-come, first-served. Doors open at 6:00 PM.
Jeannette Walls graduated from Barnard College and was a journalist in New York. Her memoir, The Glass Castle, has been a New York Times bestseller for more than eight years. She is also the author of the instant New York Times bestsellers The Silver Star and Half Broke Horses, which was named one of the ten best books of 2009 by the editors of The New York Times Book Review. Walls lives in rural Virginia with her husband, the writer John Taylor.
