Heart of the Foothills Animal Rescue It's official! The contract has been signed. Starting July 1, 2025, Heart of the Foothills will run the day-to-day operations at the county shelter. Staff will be trained and employed through HFAR. We have a few key positions we are interviewing for. Are you an animal lover who doesn't mind getting your hands dirty?
