You might discover that a smile not only has the power to uplift others, but can also can also be good for you too – giving yourself the gift of enjoying more moments of being present and connected to the people and world around you. We encourage you to jot down 3 things that make you smile today. If you track the happy moments in your day-to-day life, you can shift your focus away from the negative and find more reasons to smile!

So, I will jot 3 things down that made me smile today:
1) My dog. She makes me smile every day. Today, just walking with her and how she loves everyone she sees really made me smile!
2) I went tp get our car serviced. As I was leaving, they offered me a carnation.
3) The beautiful sunshine this morning!
