🎤Mitch Davidson: Mitch is a Loan Officer with Movement Mortgage, passionate about helping people finance and plan for home purchases, including investors and owner-occupants. He has a background in real estate investing and foreclosure management, having run a successful foreclosure maintenance company before transitioning into mortgage work in 2019. Mitch lives in Asheville with his wife and sons, and enjoys mountain biking, family time, and serving at his church.
🎤Nancy Duggan: Nancy is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur with over 50 years of experience, specializing in workforce housing and real estate financing. She has been a long-time member of the Carolina Real Estate Investors Association (CREIA) and is known for mentoring new investors and providing private money lending. Beyond her professional achievements, Nancy is a proud mother of six and grandmother to 15.
🎤Matt McMaster: Matt McMaster is the founder of WNC Property Solutions, a real estate development firm in Asheville, NC, where he has bought, rehabbed, or built nearly 100 properties. With a background in private banking and a passion for creating mutually beneficial deals, Matt transitioned to real estate in 2016 and has since expanded his team and obtained his NC General Contractor’s license. Originally from Erie, PA, Matt now enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and exploring the Asheville area with his wife and young son.
