The Southern Conference Downtown Dribble and Kids Fest presented by Champion Credit Union is back for 2024!
About this Event
The Downtown Dribble Returns! The Southern Conference and the Asheville Buncombe Regional Sports Commission are excited to announce the Downtown Dribble & KidsFest presented by Champion Credit Union to the 2024 Ingles Southern Conference Basketball Championships on Saturday, March 9, 2024. The Downtown Dribble is one of the most exciting events surrounding the Southern Conference Basketball Championships. This year's event will take place at the have-changed Roger McGuire Green at Pack Square Park (80 Court Plaza, Asheville, NC 28801).

The Downtown Dribble will feature interactive games, inflatables, pep bands, cheerleaders, and of course the Downtown Dribble parade starting from the Roger McGuire Green to the Harrah's Cherokee Center - Asheville.

Each participant in the Downtown Dribble presented by Champion Credit Union will receive a basketball, Downtown Dribble T-Shirt and a ticket to the Noon session quarterfinal basketball games. (Parents can purchase a discounted ticket at registration for $15.00) Check-in will begin at 9:30 am at Pack Square Park with the Downtown Dribble Parade beginning at 11:00 am.

FAQs
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is available behind Pack's Tavern and the College St. Parking Deck. Parking is also available at the Buncombe County parking deck across from the Buncombe County Courthouse.
Do I need to print off my ticket for my child and bring to registration?
No need to print off a ticket. We will have a registration list the morning of the event and if your child is pre-registered, they will checked in from the list.
