Two Arrests: Failed to Show in Court on Child Abuse & Drug Charges
Asheville -- Officers from the Asheville Police Department arrested two people in east Asheville on Sunday morning for not appearing in court on over two dozen drug and child abuse
charges, many of which were related to previous APD arrests.
Around 1:39 a.m. on January 26, officers found the known offenders, Correy Allen Dolan (05/14/1999) and Keira Lane Van Hanken (04/15/1999), close to the 200 block of Tunnel Road. Both had many Orders for Arrest (OFA) and had not appeared in court. Van Hanken was discovered to be in possession of drugs at the time of the arrest.

-Failure to Appear in Court on Resisting Public Officer
-Failure to Appear in Court on Second Degree Trespass
-Failure to Appear in Court on Fail to Wear Seat Belt-Front Seat
Dolan was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under a $359,000 (or $35,900 to a bondsman) secured bond issued by a magistrate.

Van Hanken was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under NO BOND (ineligible for release) due to new charges by a magistrate.
