On April 11, 2023, APD officers responded to a call for service where they met with a female suffering from significant injuries to her neck, face, and head. The female stated that Boston had strangled her and assaulted her with a hard metallic object. APD officers took Boston into custody and seized a firearm from his person. Officers later executed a search warrant of Boston’s apartment and found 40 grams of fentanyl within the dwelling.
Judge Grant sentenced Boston to serve an active sentence of 70-96 months in the custody of the North Carolina Department of Corrections.
